Hi there!
My name is Nicole "Nicoh" Kwan, and I am a vocalist, composer, and arranger—with a specialty in voice, stringed instruments, and percussion.
I also like jams on porches, though I am impartial to most jams on bread.
I was born New York, US, attending grade schools in New Jersey, and college in Boston, MA. I graduated from Berklee College of Music in August 2017 with a Bachelor of Music (Summa Cum Laude): a dual degree in Contemporary Writing & Production, and Music Production & Engineering—along with a minor in Acoustics & Electronics. While I am a classically trained vocalist and percussionist, my execution is primarily contemporary, especially of the indie-folk persuasion. As an arranger and engineer, I am most privileged to write/produce/record/mix traditional world tunes & my own acoustic pop song arrangements from around the world. Thankfully, I have had the privilege of growing up through diversity, absorbing cultures and customs I would otherwise have not encountered under my roof, including a year of life and music in Valencia, Spain.
